Simply fill out our contact form under the contact us page and we'll email you a rough estimate with instructions. You can ship your smartphone to us or bring it into our store. Repair times vary depending on part availability, shipping, and the extent of repair. Here are some things you need to know before we repair your device:
Our repair estimates are just that, estimates. The device will need to be examined to see if there is any other damage. We will contact you to get your approval before performing any additional repairs on your device. Any remaining factory warranty may be voided with your repair. Liquid damage repairs are not guaranteed to bring your device back to working order. In these instances, data recovery may be the only option available.
REPAIRS (NOT LISTED)
Please call us at (678-439-1572) or email us with your repair request. Include the model number, carrier, and color of the device you are inquiring about for repair. Non-stocked parts will require half of the full repair cost before the parts will be ordered.
All of our new replacement parts have a 30 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Any damage incurred to the replacement parts does void the warranty. If you have a problem with our repair, contact us and we will set up the process to send back the repaired item. Barring any damage, we will replace the part for no additional cost. We will do our best to make things right with you the first time, and our honesty will keep you coming back for all your device repair needs.
